Sprouts are a perfect addition to the breakfast meal or any other dish during the spring. We made mung beans sprouts and we’re enjoying them.
The winter season is usually short on greens in many northern climates regions. Like in Russia it is impossible to find Kale, Collard greens at all during any season in the grocery stores and especially in the Winter.
Generally, we have to rely on our own farming to provide our diet with greens.
