Farming

Farming is our goal. Through farming we want to provide our family with our own organic, fresh vegetables, beans, and fruits. On the pictures below, you can see our farming experiments during 2017 and 2018. We weren’t able to do much, as the land we could use was located too far from our home. Not having a car, we weren’t able to visit the farmland often. It also didn’t have a house, so staying there with kids was hard and not practical to do very often. Even though we weren’t able to visit this farm so often, we still were able to grow some squash, collard greens, black beans, mint and some fruit and berries. During those years, we concentrated on raising our newborn son Ruslan. This coming 2019 we are planning to move to the countryside into our own house with the farmland available right near the house. We are really looking forward to flipping a new page in our life so we will be able to provide most of the vegetables right from our own land. We want to grow a variety of vegetables that are largely unavailable through the year in local stores. Our goal is to grow carrots, onions, squash, daikon, collard greens, kale, scallions, parsley, dill, leek, mint, basil and many other vegetables.

Hello, my name is Olga and I live in Germany. Since 10 years we live macrobiotic with my husband. For two years we live in the village in Mecklenburg Vorpommern near Hamburg and try to build macrobiotic meeting place here. Originally I come from Saint-Petersburg. Where do you live in Russia? Is there any macrobiotic activity going on there? I would be happy to meet you!

    with best regards
    Olga
